On Saturday 2nd December we held our annual Santa Stroll and Christmas Fair at Thingwall Hall in Merseyside. Lots of people we support from across the Merseyside Services turned up to get involved with the festivities as well as the local community.
Everyone had great fun taking part in our Santa Stroll, with some of our Santa Strollers having a sing-along to make the walk even more festive! A celebratory medal was awarded to everyone at the end of the Stroll along with a festive mince pie.
We also held our Christmas Fair inside the Chapel at Thingwall Hall. We had festive stalls such as Find Santa’s Hat, Guess the name of the Gingerbread Man, a cake stall, Brik-a-Brack, a gift stall and a wine tombola.
Our festive event was a great success and raised a fantastic amount for our clients Christmas party.
The Brothers of Charity Services would like to say a big thank you to Cadbury Chocolate who made a very kind donation of delicious cakes and to everyone else who donated gifts, prizes and their time to our Santa Stroll and Christmas Fair.
