What a great turn out we had for our Red Nose Day themed Dance Fit Session on Monday 15th March, raising awareness for Comic Relief and the amazing work they do for families in need across the world.
Everyone had a great time dancing the afternoon away to their favourite music whilst getting their daily exercise in at the same time. Lizzie topped off the session with a special request of Tony Christie and Peter Kay’s Version of Amarillo from the 2005 Comic Relief, which everyone loved.
