We also like to make sure that we are supporting your health and wellbeing as well as possible, and to ensure that you receive a wider range of staff health plan benefits, therefore, we will be changing our health cash plan provider from Westfield to Medicash for staff in the Lancashire region and have made improvements to our plan for all staff in the Brothers of Charity Services in England, from 1st July 2016.
To ensure the development and provision of a universal level of staff health plan cover for all staff in the Brothers of Charity Services in England, to support staff wellbeing and to enhance staff recruitment and retention, we are investing in a fantastic range of Health Cash Plan Level 1 benefits for you as a valued staff member of the Brothers of Charity Services in England. Under the plan we also include a range of Health Cash Plan Level 1 benefits your dependent children free of charge!
