Whilst out enjoying their daily exercise through The Kirklees trail in Bury, Alan from our Greater Manchester Services and his support worker Adelle, were on the hunt for inspiration to create some wonderful artwork. Alan, a keen photographer, took these amazing photo’s, whilst Adelle collected twigs and leaves to create these 2 stunning pictures she has had framed. We are sure you will agree both Alan and Adelle are extremely talented!
The Kirklees trail is a former Railway line which links Greenmount to Bury Town Centre and is the main route through the Kirklees Valley Nature Reserve. The area is popular hotspot and recently has been in the local press for attracting a very large Snake. Local residents have been painting stones and rocks and joining them together to form a long and winding snake, there have been over 500 added so far. A great spot to enjoy your daily exercise if you’re in the Bury area.
