In ensuring the continued provision of the highest levels of quality of care for the Brothers of Charity Services in Lancashire and to effectively support the positive engagement, communication and delivery of the ethos and Mission Statement of the Brothers of Charity Services in England, the Brothers of Charity Services are pleased to announce that Mrs Heather Vickerman will be appointed to the role of Regional Director of Care for the Brothers of Charity Services in Lancashire commencing as of the 1st January 2016.

The role of Regional Director of Care for the Brothers of Charity Services in Lancashire will ensure continued key senior management leadership and focus in the effective and efficient delivery of the highest levels of care quality, care leadership, and care compliance for the Lancashire Services and will fully subsume Heather’s current role of Regional Director of Services.

Business support functions such as Finance, IT, Marketing and HR for example will continue to evolve and develop into the Shared Service model to support the operational activities of the Brothers of Charity Services in England and will be under the direct line responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer.

The Brothers of Charity Services in England extends its very best wishes and congratulations to Heather on her appointment to this key care leadership role and look forward to Heather’s continued contribution as part of the much valued Brothers of Charity Services in Lancashire team in ensuring the continued delivery and positive communication of the ethos, vision and values of the Brothers of Charity Services now and into the future.
