Join us at The Walled Garden in Leyland from Monday 26th October to Sunday 1st November for a fun week of spooky activities.
IT’S PUMPKIN CARVING TIME!! On all week! 10:30am to 3pm – subject to availability.
Our hugely popular indoor community event – Design and carve your scariest face for Halloween!
To compliment the carving activities, each day we will also offer:
Monday 26th – Meet the reptiles
Free activity, 10:30am to 12pm & 1pm to 2:30pm – Including Merlin the dragon and Amber the snake! In Potting Shed Pets.
Tuesday 27th – Halloween Ghoul heads
Crafty planting activity creating a window sill hair growing ghoul to decorate for the all visitors to see!
Wednesday 28th– Wood turning workshop followed by wood bugs!
Demo with our expert, showing the art of wood turning with examples of his craftsmanship on sale all day. Followed by – Weird Wood Bugs – Use the wood turned bodies and craft materials to make your very own creepy pet to take home!
Thursday 29th – Design and make your own Trick or Treat bag to hold all your goodies! (reusable 100% cotton bags are used for this activity)
Friday 30th – Various themed activities to compliment the pumpkin carving all day!
Saturday 31st – Pumpkin Carving – 11am to 3pm
Sunday 1st November – Walled Garden Wander
11am to 2:30pm – small charge applies. A fun family quiz! Small prize for children on completion.
The activities will run from 10:30am to 3pm unless stated otherwise.
There will be a small charge for all activities unless stated.
All children must be supervised.
