Alcohol awareness week
This year’s Alcohol Awareness Week runs from 16th to 22nd November.
For information about alcohol or for help and advice on your drinking, visit Alcohol Concern’s website. We will also have information from Alcohol Concern available in reception at Thingwall Hall and on the intranet.
December
Santa Stroll
The Santa Stroll will be held at Thingwall Hall on Monday 14th December, 10:30 – 12:20pm – entry is £3 each which includes a santa hat, a medal and Christmas snacks. St Margaret Mary’s School will be performing in a carol concert during the afternoon of the 14th in the Chapel.
The Brothers of Charity Services in Lancashire will also be holding a Santa Stroll on the 17th December, starting at the Chapel, also £3 entry with a santa hat and medal and Christmas refreshments included. The Voice For All Choir will be performing.
Christmas Jumper DayWear your festive jumpers on the 18th December, donations will be collected for Text Santa in Merseyside and the Salvation Army in Lancashire.
