National Fitness Day

National Fitness Day 2017

Our Merseyside Services held a Walk in the Park on 23rd September at Sefton Park. Everyone who took part had a great time and they managed to raise an impressive £115! The money raised from tickets and sponsors will be donated equally to Macmillan Cancer Support and the clients Christmas Party.

In Lancashire, Charlotte’s Tandem helper, David came to Lisieux Hall demonstrate tandem bikes and trikes to the people we support and staff. The people who came along had lots of fun riding the tandem cycles around the Lisieux Hall site, the perfect place to practice and get used to a new bike.
