A group of people we support from our Lancashire and Merseyside services recently attended Pathways annual Gala dinner on Thursday 26th September at The Marriot Hotel in Liverpool. The theme of the night was a Masquerade Ball. Everyone looked amazing in their elegant outfits and masquerade masks. The Brothers of Charity Services definitely won best dressed!
The evening began with a delicious 3 course meal, which really went down a treat with everyone! After the meal we all enjoyed a performance from a fantastic singer who got the crowd up singing and dancing. At around 10:30pm they drew a raffle and we were lucky enough to win 6 of the prizes on offer. A huge congratulations to Bob our Voice for All volunteer who bought 5 tickets and won 4 times; it was definitely Bobs’ lucky night! As he made his way up to the stage to collect his last prize of the night, the crowd laughed and cheered ‘FIX, FIX’. To top off such an amazing evening, Becky was awarded a prize for ‘Best Mask of the Night’. It is safe to say it was a great night for the Brothers of Charity Services.
