We’re always looking for great people like you to join our teams across our Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside services. If you successfully refer somebody you know, you will receive a £50 voucher once they have completed their probationary period.
How it works…
- An employee at the Brothers of Charity Services refers a friend or family member for potential employment
- The referred individual states the name of the BOCS employee who referred them on their online application form under the ‘Refer a friend’ section on ‘How did you become aware of this vacancy?’
- Once the individual is employed and passes their probationary period, the employee who referred the friend will need to notify HR
- HR will inform Payroll and confirm approval
- Once approved, a £50 voucher will be given to the employee in line with payroll cycles (providing they are still employed at BOCS)
