We are currently carrying out a programme of exciting developments at our Thingwall Hall site in Broadgreen.
We have recently completed the refurbishment of 5 Willow Close into a fully accessible five ensuite bedroom supported living property, and have completed renovations of the upper floors at Mount Caritas into two bedsits.

The next planned development will commence at the Nursing Home. This development will be completed in two phases starting with Manor View/Manor Lodge, and is due to commence on 1st August 2016.
Reviews are planned to be completed with families to ensure everybody is fully informed of the pending development process.
Once completed Manor Lodge and Manor View will have 10 ensuite bedrooms, vastly improving the quality of accommodation for the current people we support. This will then be replicated at Woodlands View.
Careful consideration has been taken around the decant plan ensuring we have a risk management plan in place.
