Roccoco Coffee Lounge, our Food and Catering Social Enterprise in Leyland, took part in ‘A Taste of Leyland’ in Leyland town centre on Saturday 27th August. They held food demos at 11am and 1pm on the day, cooking up a selection of easy to make delicious, healthy meals, such as Mexican Bean Burgers and Crispy Tuna and Sweetcorn Sliders. The ingredients for each meal came to 90p per portion, showing that a nutritious meal doesn’t have to be expensive to make!
