It is great to see our fabulous social enterprise in Leyland, back open for business. The people we support and staff at Roccoco are loving being back doing what they love most- making tasty treats for their lovely customers.
Here is Joanna showing off her beautifully light and fluffy cherry buttermilk scones. Roccoco will be serving the scones with jam and fresh cream for £2.50, baked fresh every day.
Joanna and Jacob have been busy making some delicious fresh Apple Pie with a buttery pastry served with cream or custard for just £2.50. You can find this on their special boards.
Our wonderful team have been extra busy with their baking recently. How amazing do our Red Velvet cakes, muffins, Carrot Cake and Apple Tart look? And yes, they do taste as nice as they look.

The Roccoco team have started to make an international inspired cake each week for the ucoming weeks, with the people we support being involved in researching recipes and choosing which cake they would like to bake. This week it was Tina’s turn to choose- she went for the Brazillian carrot cake. After following the recipe, Tina produced a lovely, moist and flavourful cake to sell at Roccoco.
All the team had a taste of Tina’s cake and the compliments where flowing. The cake is now on sale at Roccoco for £2.50, don’t miss out!
