Social Enterprise Blog 13/01/2020

The Brothers of Charity Services have various Social Enterprise for adults with learning disabilities; the services are designed to support people to develop skills with confidence in a supportive working environment whilst offering services in the local community.

The social enterprises carryout lots of great, fun activities for the people we support and local communities to get involved with. Here you will be able to find out what each of the enterprises have been up to.

There are still some spaces available for this month’s Syrian Bistro on 25th January 2020. You can enjoy a delicious menu of Lentil soup, Fattoush salad, Lamb Kofte in spiced tomato sauce, vermicelli rice and Baklava; along with some Syrian style lemonade and sweet mint tea.

If you are interested in booking a place, please contact Annabelle at Roccoco on 07557 568 724 between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

David kindly baked some delicious handmade raspberry pies last week, which went down a treat with their customers. Here he is with the finished product fresh out of the oven!

His pies are known to be delicious served with vanilla ice cream and fresh cream or custard. Keep your eyes peeled, David’s tasty treat will be on offer again in the next few week; you don’t want to miss out!
