The Brothers of Charity Services in Lancashire have various Social Enterprises for adults with learning disabilities; these services are designed to support people to develop skills with confidence in a supportive working environment whilst offering services into the local community.
The Social Enterprises carryout lots of great, fun activities for the people we support and the local communities to get involved with. Here you will be able to find out what each of the Social Enterprises have been up to this week.
Crafty Uniforms
The team at Crafty Uniforms have had a lot of new crafty items arriving daily for their Christmas Corner! If you’re feeling creative, pop in through the week to get craft supplies for your own arty activities such as Christmas cards and decoration makings; They are open weekdays 9am to 4pm. Pets Corner
Pets Corner’s favourite tortoise Victoria was out to play today, having a munch on the grass whilst the workers cleaned out her vivarium. She wasn’t out for long though as it’s a bit cold out there. The Pets Corner is open 10am-3:30pm on weekdays and 10am-4pm on weekends. Pop Call in and visit see Victoria and all the resident pets whenever u can! Rococo
The team at Roccoco are always working hard to create tasty dishes to keep their customers coming back for more! The Walled Garden
Celebrations have been taken place in The Walled Garden this week, as the Britain in Bloom North West gave The Walled Garden ‘Outstanding’ in the ‘It’s your Neighbourhood Awards 2017’. A big well done for winning the highest level of award! This is a real credit to their amazing team at The Walled Gardens who put a massive amount of effort in on a daily basis to make the company the best it can be.
