On 30th July 2019, Voice for All held their AGM. The evening started with a fantastic presentation from VFA’s Chairperson, Becky Gammon. She told everyone at the meeting about all of the amazing achievements VFA have had over the last year.
After Becky’s presentation it was time for the voting for the new members of the committee! Our nominees this year were; Clare, Becky, Luke, Keith, Tony and Graeme. After introducing the nominees, Dan read out their election speeches and then it was time for everyone to vote for the people they want to represent them on the committee.
We’re excited to announce the results of the voting are in; congratulations to Becky, Clare and Luke who have been re-elected to serve another two terms on the committee. We’ve also had three new members elected to join us; Tony, Graeme and Keith, congratulations and welcome!
Once the voting was over, it was time to party! There was some amazing entertainment from Tabu, a delicious buffet and raffle. We had an amazing night and want to thank those who joined us to support their advocacy group. We’re already looking forward to what fantastic things we can do over the next 12 months!
