Here’s a few pictures of my favourite horses from the stables where I work – Beechley Stables RDA, L18 3HU.
What I love most about working with horses is that it’s very therapeutic. I’ve developed a relationship with them. I feel like I can speak to them and they understand me.
I go to the stables 4 times a week. However they are open Monday to Friday – but no riding lessons on Mondays to give the horses a rest.
We get horse riding lessons every so often – when there’s an available slot.
We also take the horses to Aintree a couple times a year with Everton Community for the disabled children.
We’re expecting two more horses, which I’m going to be bonding with.
