Dignity and respect is fundamental when providing care to the people we support, making sure that everyone has a choice and can live their own lives to the fullest. To celebrate the importance of dignity, our Merseyside, Lancashire and Greater Manchester Services held Digni-tea parties in January and February.

All of the people we support and staff were invited to join us for a cup of tea, a slice of cake and to discuss what dignity means to them. Across our services, digni-trees were covered in hand written messages from our clients and staff members, demonstrating the importance of dignity to everyone in our services. Our Greater Manchester Services even had a digni-lilly to hang messages off, which was a lovely touch.

We hope everyone enjoyed our events and thank you to our staff team for organising them.
