"I really enjoyed my time on a Y.T.S. I had a great experience and got to do a lot of things that I never thought I would. That gave me a great insight and taste of working with people with disabilities, and I realised how I enjoyed making a positive difference to their lives.
Working together as a team, with the support and necessary training, I was able to develop myself and progress personally in a friendly environment. My current role brings exciting challenges in the future, which I look forward to with relish"
