Alan Anderson has gone above and beyond his job role, in helping support a client to view a selection of new properties and preparing him to move to a new flat following the closure of his current home. Our client also hadn’t had a haircut or shave for nearly 8 months, but with Alans kind and caring approach he successfully supported the client to carry out these tasks. This has been a long term outcome for our client.
