We are looking to have six active beehives on our Thingwall site!

Why are we bringing beehives on site? Sadly the Honeybee is in decline but we can play our part in sustaining the Honeybee population by having the hives on our Thingwall Hall site. There is also the added bonus of getting some tasty honey in return! In addition to this, the bees will help to pollinate the flowers, shrubs, and the crab apple trees that we have on site.

Two of the Beekeepers who will be looking after the Honeybees at Thingwall Hall.

The beehives will be situated in this Apiary enclosure at our Thingwall site.
