On Monday 2nd March, Tracy Collard, a Cancer Screening Improvement Lead from Bolton, Bury and Rochdale Breast Screening Programme, came to talk to the Senior Team at Greater Manchester.
Tracy visited our Greater Manchester Services to introduce herself and talk about the importance of her role in promoting regular checks on women and she also discussed Breast Cancer in men. Her role is to promote the free breast screening service for women between the age of 50-70; she regularly attends GP practices and champions the importance of getting checked.
You can find a selection of useful articles and advice on what to look for when self-examining yourself for signs and symptoms of breast cancer on the Bolton, Bury and Rochdale Breast Screening Services Facebook page.
Thank you to Tracy for visiting our team and informing them on the signs of Breast Cancer and how important it is to check yourself regularly.
