The Brothers of Charity Services are preparing for this year’s Heritage Day at Thingwall Hall on 29th June 2018.
We would really appreciate any donations of unwanted unopened gifts, chocolate, wine etc. which can be used for prizes.
Your kind donations will help us raise money for future BOCS events for the people we support!
Please leave your donations at Thingwall Hall Reception, Lisieux Hall Reception or at the Greater Manchester Office.
Leading up to the event we will be holding meetings to organise Heritage Day, the next meeting is on Monday 16th April 2018 at 10:30am at the Thingwall Hall Chapel and will be to discuss decorating the Chapel and other meeting rooms used on site for Heritage Day.
If you would like to get involved, we would love to hear from you. Please come to the meeting, or contact the marketing team if you cannot attend but would like to be involved.
We are also holding a meeting in Lancashire on Friday 20th April 2018 in the Conference Room, St Therese’s Building at Lisieux Hall for Lancashire colleagues and people we support who would like to get involved in the organisation of Heritage Day.
We would also love to hear from any talented musicians, artists, face painters, magicians or any other talented people who would like to help out, or have a stall on Heritage Day. Please get in touch with the marketing team by emailing marketing@brothersofcharity.org.uk.
