We provide support to staff to achieve their qualifications through line managers, our Learning and Development team as well as through course tutors from partner organisations that run the courses.
We also encourage staff to take part in industry specific Continued Professional Development schemes, such as the CIPD, CMI, CIM and ILM and support them through study to gain industry specific qualifications.
All staff that work with us complete our intensive induction programme, with a number of courses that are specific to each job role.
