The Brothers of Charity Services have various social enterprises for adult with learning disabilities; these services are designed to support people to develop skills with confidence in a supportive working environment whilst offering services in the local community.

The social enterprises carryout lots of great, fun activities for the people we support and the local communities to get involved with. Here you will be able to find out what each of the social enterprises have been up to this week.

This week our social enterprises were celebrating National Allotments Week! Roccoco in Leyland and the Marina Cafe in Adlington were serving some delicious treats, all made with ingredients from The Walled Garden. Here are some photos of the treats that were on offer: carrot cake, courgette and pistachio cake and beetroot, chicken and feta salad.

The team at Network 50+, an enterprise also by the Brothers of Charity, paid us a visit at Roccoco last week to enjoy the dishes we put on especially for National Allotment Week. Everyone had a lovely time catching up over cake and coffee.
