I started employment with the Brothers of Charity Services straight from school as a support worker, progressing through the service in many different roles across different Service Areas, roles have ranged from Registered Manager, Locality Manager, Area Manager, Assistant Director, Area Director, Head of Service which have been across St Helens, Knowsley, Liverpool, Thingwall and Greater Manchester before taking my current post of Director of Operations within Lancashire.

The Brothers of Charity Services have a genuine passion to provide the highest quality of care and strive to improve the quality of life for the people whom we are honoured to support. The teams continually reflect on the services it provides and continue to improve and enhance the experiences for people whom use the service.

The ethos, vision and values of the service is imbedded in all that we do and all of our services are delivered in a true person centred way.

I have continued to work for the Brothers of Charity Services as you are part of a strong, positive, forward thinking and a person centred organisation who invest in their staff. They have provided me with a career, opportunities for further education and continued support to enable me to grow and progress further within the organisation.
