Prior to joining the Brothers of Charity Services, Julie worked in children’s services in Ireland before completing her LD nurse training.

During Julie's time with the BOCS she has worked in a number of roles including Senior House Parent, Locality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and Learning & Development Manager before taking up a position in Human Resources in 2005.

Julie's qualifications include: CIPD qualified, Diploma in Management studies, NVQ Level 4 in Management, NVQ level 4 HRD Learning & Development, Accredited Workplace Mediator and a Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities.

Julie thoroughly enjoys working for the Brothers of Charity Services as she believes we support a culture which puts the people we support at the heart of everything we do.
