Thank you to Maretta Patten who has gone above and beyond to support an elderly client, who recently lost her son very unexpectedly. Maretta kindly rearranged the clients support to guarantee frequent welfare checks were completed at the time, until a more permanent solution was put in place. She dealt with social workers, the client’s family and GP to ensure the safety of her client at such a vulnerable time.
