Coldharbour Update – May 2017
Coldharbour configuration for a full pilot at Brothers of Charity Services in Greater Manchester is continuing. L&D data is being imported into the system to allow Coldharbour to manage and report on course expiration and provide reminders to managers when training is soon to expire. It will also provide extra safeguarding to ensure staff have all relevant training before they can be allocated to shifts.
