Floating / Outreach Support

The Brothers of Charity Services in Lancashire is able to offer a flexible and creative outreach support (or floating support) service that offers people the support that they want, as and when it’s needed. The outreach support service in Lancashire is provided to people in their own homes across the region, including Chorley, Leyland and Preston.

Whether it’s a few hours a week or a couple of hours every day, our outreach support service can provide everything a person will need to become an active, participating member of society by accessing local community groups and facilities.
