February Promotion
In February 2015, we are supporting Dignity Action Week by holding a DigniTea day at the Resource Centre at Thingwall Hall.
Dignity Action Week
As part of our Health and Wellbeing programme, the Brothers of Charity Services in Merseyside and Greater Manchester is helping to make sure that dignity is a reality for all. Over and above the care that The Brothers of Charity Services provides on a daily basis they are running an event as part of a national day of action to promote Dignity in Care.
The Brothers of Charity Services in Merseyside will be holding a Tea Morning and Bingo; this will involve the Resource Centre and Imageink. The Tea Morning and Bingo will promote the dignity of those in the care of The Brothers of Charity Services by highlighting the ‘Dignity Do’s’ and their visions and values to encourage discussions around dignity in care.
Dignity Action Day is a national initiative led by the Dignity in Care Campaign and it’s key partners to bring staff and members of the public together to make a difference to those in care.
