Due to the coronavirus pandemic we are unable to see our friends, family and work colleagues in the way we would like too. However, this doesn’t mean we can’t see them at all. Our staff and people we support have been catching up with each other and enjoying a number of activities online through Zoom. Zoom is a free, quick and easy way to stay in touch with people from the comfort of your own home.
Pub Quiz
A popular activity with everyone was the Zoom pub quiz, were Carol and Christine where the lucky winners. It was very close and ended in a tie break situation, were Carol and Christine took the top spot answering the tie break question correctly! How many Harry Potter films where there? If you answered 8, then you got it!
Bingo
Lots of people then joined the virtual bingo. Everyone agreed this is a great way to stay in touch with familiar faces whilst having fun at the same time. And who doesn’t love a game of bingo?
Relationship Policy Webinar
Dan and Becky from Voice for All were involved in a webinar with Supported Loving, where they spoke to people all around the country about how to write an effective relationships policy and why it is important to do this.
