How the ‘Refer a Friend’ Scheme works…
- An ‘Employee of the Brothers of Charity Services refers a ‘friend’ for potential employment.
- ‘Friend’ states name of BOCS employee who referred them on their application form under the ‘Refer a Friend’ section on ‘How did you become aware of this vacancy?’
- Once ‘friend’ has passed satisfactory probationary period and achieved minimum six months completed service, the employee who referred the friend should contact HR with details.
- HR will notify payroll and confirm approval.
- Once approved, a payment of £50 (vouchers) will be made to the employee in line with payroll cycles (providing they are still in employment fo the service).
