Brothers of Charity Services – Lancashire are holding their annual Arts and Crafts summer sale ‘Smashing Pots’ at their Whittle le Woods site, on Saturday 16th May.
The Smashing Pots Sale, which lasts from 10am until 3pm will be held in the Arts Centre at Lisieux Hall in Whittle le Woods, Chorley. It will feature a wide range of handmade arts and crafts items, ceramics and original artwork suitable for the home and garden, all available to buy on the day.
There will be a huge variety of pottery, textiles and paintings, all hand crafted by artists who are supported by The Creative Arts Team at Brothers of Charity Services, Lancashire.
The artists have built on their previous successes and this year the event will feature a display of ceramic animals and woodland creatures, which are especially suited to the garden.
Artists are also taking the opportunity to clear the decks by holding a massive clearance sale which will result in a fabulous display of their artwork, with much reduced prices.
In addition, artists will be serving a selection of drinks, cakes and biscuits in their refreshment area and will be dressing for the occasion in vintage attire.
There is ample parking and admission is free.
