The Brothers of Charity Services have various Social Enterprises for adults with learning disabilities; services are designed to support people to develop skills with confidence in a supportive working environment whilst offering services in the local community.
The social enterprises carryout lots of great, fun activities for the people we support and the local communities to get involved with. Here you will be able to find out what each of the enterprises have been up to.
Pets’ Corner
Our team have had some new residents joining us this; meet our new rats Gus and Reenie! Why not pop in and visit them, they are open Monday to Sunday 10am to 3:30pm.

Come along to our Chameleon Grand Open Day on Friday 19th April. We are currently looking for a name for their new resident; if you have any ideas please contact us! The lucky winner will win a special handling session with the Chameleon. We will be unveiling our Chameleon at 1:30pm.

The Walled Garden
Our team have been very busy lately replanting their strawberry plants in to their new plot. Why not pop along and see what else we have been up to!
We are holding an Easter Egg Hunt from Monday 15th April to Friday 19th April. Find a coloured egg hidden around the garden and win a small prize! The activity is £1 per child to enter. We hope to see you all there!
Our wonderful team members Joseph and James have been potting plants in preparation for our hanging baskets. We will keep you updated for when our hanging baskets will be on sale!

Crafty Uniforms
We have recently received lots of kind donations from the local community. Thank you to everyone who has kindly donated a variety of crafty items, we really to appreciate everything!
Tina, one of our team members, did an amazing job delivering a craft session for our team, making cards and other craft items, She kindly showed everyone how to make their own cards and gift boxes; don’t they look amazing!
You can find all items used in the session available in our shop to buy. Well done Tina!
Our team recently held a craft session at the local Toddler Group at Chorley Methodist Church.
The children created instruments and a lot of noise using old containers that were decorated beautifully with glue and ribbons, then partly filled with dried foods, sealed and then sued as shakers and mini drums. Thank you to Joanna, Lee and Emily for delivering another excellent session; everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day!
The school holidays are here, our team have been getting stock ready for our younger crafters in Chorley. Our prices are from as low as 10p, 20p and 30p! These amazingly low prizes, help keep crafting activities well within a low budget! Why not pop in and see what we have to offer. We are open Monday to Friday 9am till 4pm.
Our fabulous team prepared a craft session at the Genesis NW Support Group recently for people living with Dementia and their families and carers to get involved with.
Everyone had a fabulous time making very colourful and decorative Easter Cards. Thank you to Joanna, Tina and James for all your help!
