The Brothers of Charity Services have various social enterprises for adults with learning disabilities; these services are designed to support people to develop skills with confidence in a supportive working environment whilst offering services in the local community.
The social enterprises carryout lots of great, fun activities for the people we support and the local communities to get involved with. Here you will be able to find out what each of the social enterprises have been up to this week.
Crafty Uniforms
The team visited Genesis Care NW in Chorley last Friday and held a craft session for people with dementia. Everyone who took part enjoyed making a lovely remembrance wreath.

Pets’ Corner
Patch and her litter of 6 are settling into their new pen at Pets’ Corner very well. The babies were 4 weeks old yesterday and growing fast!
Half term is just around the corner and our team at Pets’ Corner have planned a variety of spook-tacular Halloween activities from the 22nd -31st October for everybody to enjoy. Find out more here!

The Walled Garden
The Walled Garden is looking very autumnal, complete with its shop offering a variety of apples grown in the garden and Halloween goodies! We’re open weekdays between 10am-3:30pm, and weekends 11am- 5pm. Call in and have a look!
Pumpkin Carving is back at The Walled Garden from 24th to 31st October 2018! They will also have other spooktacular activities such as, Make your own Trick-or-Treat Bags and a Halloween Hunt from 22nd to 31st October. Contact the team for more details! Find out more here.

Roccoco
Roccoco celebrated National Baking Week last week; there is nothing we love more than some cake at Roccoco and their talented team had a great time making a variety of delicious cakes each week to sell in store. They had gluten free and low sugar/low fat cakes available to suit everyone. Pop in and try their homemade tasty treats.
