The Brothers of Charity Services in Lancashire has various social enterprises for adults with learning disabilities; these services are designed to support people to develop skills with confidence in a supportive working environment whilst offering services into the local community.

The social enterprises carry out lots of great, fun activities for the people we support and the local communities to get involved with. Here you will be able to find out what each of the social enterprises have been up to this week.

Hands on Recycling

It’s amazing how many different shapes and sizes the Hand on Recycling team come across when collecting it from their customers. It’s like a jigsaw puzzle trying to fit as much as possible into the containers before they are collected at the end of the week.

The team love developing their organisational skills when they are arranging the waste cardboard and paper into the container.
