We have some amazing news to share! We are proud to announce The Brothers of Charity Services has been awarded the We Invest in People Gold accreditation.
We would like to thank all our wonderful staff for their contribution and dedication because this is a great achievement for us all. Only 17% of organisations achieve gold and at the crux of it, it means that every single person is involved in supporting each other and is doing their best to make our work environment that little bit better each day.
Our We Invest in People assessment was a great opportunity for us to hear our staffs thoughts which we have learn a lot from. As well as being delighted to hear how much our ongoing investment in staff training and development was valued and appreciated.
But there is always something to learn. We are always taking our staff feedback on board to make The Brothers of Charity Services the best it can be.
Feedback shows we have recommendations and an action plan in place in order to help us to keep making positive changes, continuously improve and keep moving forward with our people strategies. We encourage our staff to always share their thoughts and opinions and we are pleased they have helped us in developing an appropriate plan for the future.
