It has developed over 60 opportunities for people into a wide range of types of employment such as clerical, catering, classroom assistant, caretaker, supermarket assistant, vehicle valeting and garden centre assistant roles.

In addition, The JobSPEC team also play a supporting role within our social enterprise provision, working with the people supported to ensure their work placement meets their needs as outlined in their support plan.

Jobspec are able to support people to learn many soft outcomes associated with the world of work such as; punctuality and attendance, money skills, road safety awareness,  use of public transport. All of these skills are transferable into everyday life and develop and promote independence for people.
