The Brothers of Charity Services in Merseyside are holding a World Book Day on Thursday 2nd March in The Chapel at Thingwall Hall.

The event starts at 1:30pm and finish at 3pm.

There will be a £1 entry fee on the day.

Our World Book Day event is being held to help raise funds for Danielle Hughes who works at Thorntree Close. Danielle is trying to raise £10,000 for alternative treatments to help treat stage 4 Cancer. We would like to help her reach this goal so please come along and join in!

Fancy Dress theme – Dress up as your favourite book character! This could be a character from any book. You could be Harry Potter, Mary Poppins, a character from a Roald Dahl book; the list is endless!

Book Swapping – Do you have a book that you have enjoyed reading and would like someone else to enjoy as well? If so, bring it along and you will receive a book in return!

Refreshments – There will be refreshments available of cakes, biscuits and tea/coffee.

We would very much welcome any cake and biscuit donations for our event! Please bring donations to Thingwall Hall on the morning of our World Book Day event. Thank you! Click here to view the donations flyer.
