Here at the Brothers of Charity Services, we are committed to being a learning organisation and this is reflected in our culture. We encourage staff to develop their skills and progress their career throughout their employee journey with the Brothers of Charity Services.
We have a number of pathways for our staff to develop, from apprenticeships to our Management Development Programme which are created in partnership with local and national educational providers, enabling our staff to gain nationally recognised qualifications.
We provide support to staff to achieve their qualifications through line managers, our Learning and Development team as well as through course tutors from partner organisations that run the courses.
We also encourage staff to take part in industry specific Continued Professional Development schemes, such as the CIPD, CMI, CIM and ILM and support them through study to gain industry specific qualifications.
All staff that work with us complete our intensive induction programme, with a number of courses that are specific to each job role.
