Sue has had many roles within the Brothers of Charity Services since joining as a support worker in 1992. Sue's career progressed to senior support worker, registered manager, locality manager, service manager, assistant area director, area director before taking up her most recent post as Regional Director of Care, Quality and Compliance.

Sue has a Management qualification and CIPD in employment law.

Sue says "Seeing the progression and the support given to clients makes all the hard work worthwhile. I have enjoyed all of the roles that I have worked in at the Brothers of Charity Services, which is why I have been here for so long. The training and support that you receive is excellent and very important at the start of your career. There are always opportunities to progress further."
