The Brothers of Charity Services in Merseyside is able to provide a flexible and creative outreach support (or floating support) service to adults and young people within the Merseyside region. Outreach support is provided to the person, bespoke to their requirements when they need it across areas including, but not limited to; Liverpool, Knowsley, St Helens and Sefton.
Whether it’s a few hours a week or a couple of hours every day, our outreach support service can provide everything a person needs need to become an active, participating member of society by accessing local community groups and facilities.
It may be support in the mornings to get up, prepare breakfast and shower or support to develop daily living skills such as managing finances, taking part in educational, employment and training opportunities, as well as getting involved in preferred social activities whilst ensuring people stay safe and healthy.

- Budgeting and claiming the right benefits
- Developing / maintaining daily living skills
