The Cycle to Work loan scheme offers staff an interest free loan from the Brothers of Charity Services in England over a 10 month period.
With this loan you can purchase a bike and equipment from Halfords, up to the maximum of £500, to be used for travel between home and the workplace.
Before you apply…
To qualify for the scheme you must have a permanent contract and work at least 16 hours a week.
The scheme requires you to sign a loan agreement which allows the Brothers of Charity to loan the bike and equipment back to you with reductions in your salary every 4 weeks; spreading the cost of the new bike over 10 months.
