Brothers of Charity Services in England have successfully hosted four Coffee Mornings for Macmillan Cancer Support on the 26th September 2014.
Getting in to the fundraising spirit, members of staff and the people we support decorated communal areas and baked lots of delicious cakes to sell at the coffee mornings in aid of Macmillan.
Events were held by the Thingwall Hall Resource Centre at the Harvey Moncreiff Centre in Aigburth, Imageink, St. Helens and Knowsley and at Lisieux Hall Nursing Home.
We raised over £330, with money still coming in from on-going activities around the region.
A special thanks goes to all who slaved over hot ovens to donate their unique cake creations and to those who delved deep into their pockets to, not only buy cakes for the event, but to spend at the events.
