The first annual Brothers of Charity Services Santa Stroll took place on the 13th December this year at Thingwall Hall in Broadgreen, Liverpool. This was in aid of the Brothers of Charity’s overseas charitable projects in Sri Lanka.
A group of 60 people took part in the Santa Stroll in two walks which gave participants the choice of completing a short course around the grounds of Thingwall Hall or a longer 1km course around the local neighbourhood for anyone that wanted to go that extra bit further.
Everyone had fun, getting into the Christmas spirit by singing their favourite Christmas songs. Everybody was awarded a medal at the end of the Santa Stroll to celebrate their achievement!

Thank you to everyone who got involved in the Santa Stroll and Christmas Fayre, both those who took part and the volunteers that helped to run the events. Together we raised over £700 which will go to the Brothers of Charity overseas charitable projects in Shri Lanka. We will keep you updated about similar events in 2015.
