The Liverpool Learning Disability Making it Happen Partnership does a great deal to help improve the lives of people with learning disabilities, in order to ensure everyone is treated equally.
The Partnership meets every other month, and is Co-Chaired by Terry Kelly and Councillor Roy Gladden. It is made up of Self Advocate Reps, Family Carer Reps and key people from Liverpool City Council, Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group and representatives from the Learning Disabilities Providers Forum, Healthwatch and Merseycare.
In May, a representative had attended one of the Partnership meetings in order to discuss important current matters. The topics of discussion can be viewed below.
