Graham has over 30 years’ experience working for a number of North West Housing Associations. Before starting with the Brothers of Charity Services, Graham's role was Senior Asset Manager for his previous organisation, responsible for delivering 15 million pounds worth of repairs and improvements.

Graham says "Every day is a different challenge, as Property and Estates Manager I need understand how service users’ needs change, adapting, maintaining and developing our assets to meet the aspirations of present and future users. Managing over 700 acres of land is also very rewarding, watching the seasonal changes and the challenges that this brings. Each day is rewarding, my drive is to make a positive difference to people’s lives."
