When summer has ended and the days are getting colder, one of the last things you would think to do in the cooler temperatures would be to grow shrubs, trees and produce. Well think again, as the soil is still warm from the summer, growing plants in the autumn is an ideal time! By planting now, by next summer the plants will have well established roots reaching deep in to the soil, meaning less need for watering and more flowers/produce!

At Summerhill Garden Centre, a social enterprise by The Brothers of Charity, we have a large range of hardy shrubs, fruit trees/plants, bulbs and vegetable seeds that you could plant in autumn to create a beautiful and delicious garden for next year.

We have a great offer on 2 litre shrubs at £2 each (reduced from £3.99)
