On Friday 8th March, our team from the Resource Centre in Merseyside, held their ‘Time for a Cuppa’ Tea Party for staff and the people we support in order to raise money and awareness for Dementia UK.

The staff in the resource centre kindly baked cakes for the day and decorated the room beautifully. Everyone enjoyed tucking into a slice of cake and a cup of tea and also catching up with friends. Our clients from 2 and 3 Willow Close came over to join in with the morning and of course enjoyed a delicious slice of cake!

Overall, the tea party raised an amazing £53; what a great achievement for a great cause! All the money raised will go straight to Dementia UK to fund specialist Admiral Nurses to support families facing dementia.
